LEAP ranks recognize how deeply someone has become part of the Sailing Frog's Leap crew. Your current LEAP balance determines your rank. What you actually did along the way is recorded separately through badges and recognition.
Five rank levels create progression without turning LEAP into a complicated game.
“I’m officially part of the crew.”
Deckhand is the first Sailing Frog's Leap crew rank—the moment a viewer crosses the line from audience to crew. One LEAP is enough to say: I showed up, I joined, and I'm aboard.
“I’m not just aboard. I keep showing up.”
A Bosun is becoming a familiar hand—someone who keeps showing up, participating, helping, and becoming part of the fabric of the crew.
“I have history here, and my voice matters.”
Quartermaster represents an established supporter with a recognizable history in the community. Useful participation matters more than simply being loud or constantly online.
“I’m part of the inner crew.”
First Mate is an inner-crew rank for members whose long-term participation and repeated contributions have built a meaningful history with the community.
“I’ve become part of the history of this community.”
Master of the Leap is the highest crew rank. At 51+ LEAP, the emphasis shifts away from chasing another title and toward the history the member continues to build.

Your current LEAP balance determines your current rank. If the balance changes, the rank can change too.
Rank can change. Badges preserve the meaningful moments and contributions that happened along the way.
