Ready to go from Leaper to Sailing Frog's Leap crew member? Joining the crew takes a few steps, and we'll walk you through each one. We'll help you get set up, send you your first LEAP Check, and when you cash it, you're officially a Sailing Frog's Leap Deckhand.

Get ready

Three steps get you ready for your first LEAP Check.

Open Xaman on your mobile device

Xaman is the wallet app you use to manage your own XRP Ledger account. Sailing Frog's Leap only uses the public address you choose to share so we can send you LEAP Checks and read the public LEAP information associated with that address.

We never have access to or control over your account.

If you already use Xaman, you are ready. If not, set it up first.

Keep a small amount of XRP in your XRP Ledger account

XRP pays the XRP Ledger's small network fees and satisfies the reserve requirements for your account.

You do not need much. A few XRP is plenty for LEAP.

Your XRP Ledger address

Nothing secret. We never need your recovery words, private key, family seed, or wallet secret.

Phase 2

Claim your first LEAP

We send the Check. You verify it, cash it, and come aboard.

We send your first LEAP Check

When we receive your request, we'll send your first LEAP Check to that XRP Ledger address.

Your first Check is for 1 LEAP.

This is your invite to join the crew of Sailing Frog's Leap.

Open the Check in Xaman

Verify the Check before accepting it. Make sure it is for LEAP and was sent by the official Sailing Frog's Leap distributor wallet.

The sending address must match this address exactly. If it does not match, do not cash the Check.

Cash the Check in Xaman

Approve the action in Xaman. The LEAP is credited to your XRP Ledger account and appears in Xaman.
